Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gentshub. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a transparent shopping experience.

⚠️ Important Note: We do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

No General Returns

Gentshub does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, scent preference, opened products, used products, or products ordered by mistake.

Returns are only accepted if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To request support, please email us at orders@gentshub.ae with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery:

  • The item must be in the same condition it was received.
  • The item must be unused and unopened where applicable.
  • The item must include its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Perfumes and fragrance products that have been opened or used
  • Personal care, grooming, hygiene, and beauty products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage after delivery

Return Process

If your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process and provide the return instructions.

The item may need to be returned to our official store location or handed over to our authorized delivery courier, depending on the case.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at orders@gentshub.ae.

Exchanges or Replacements

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
