At Gentshub, we take pride in delivering the highest quality perfumes and Agar Oud. Our Return Policy is designed to protect our customers while ensuring every product meets premium standards. While most fragrances cannot be returned due to personal use, we do accept returns in specific cases like manufacturing defects, mismatched items, or Agar Oud dissatisfaction (within usage limits)
Refund And Return Policy Instructions below:
- Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
- Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product.
- Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Gentshub Perfumes item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.
- Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns or anything we at Gentshub reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
- Return charges are not applicable if you met the above conditions.
ITEMS ON SALE CANNOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS
