Orders are dispatched within twenty-four hours and arrive across the Emirates in two to four working days. A tracking link is sent the moment your parcel leaves the house.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unopened bottles may be exchanged within fourteen days of delivery. We do not refund opened fragrances — for hygiene and the integrity of the house.
How do I know my fragrance is authentic?
Every bottle is filled and sealed by hand in our atelier. The compositions are blended in-house and never sourced through third parties.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep the bottle away from direct sunlight, sharp heat and humidity. A drawer or closed cabinet preserves the composition for years.
